MUCH LIKE A HOLLYWOOD MOVIE ...
A Life Worth Living was inspired by a modern day story of a young man who attempted suicide, not because of his disability but rather by the thought of living life in poverty. He lost his job.
For nearly 25 years A Life Worth Living, a registered charity, has assisted people with disabilities through the development of multimedia resources, programs and training courses produced with the expertise and support of professionals from Canada and the United States.
The poverty rate among qualified working age people with disabilities is two times higher than the rate for those that are non-disabled. The unemployment rate among people with disabilities tells a similar story.
Help us break this cycle and better the lives of people with disabilities. Your sponsorship will support A Life Worth Livin's ongoing projects facilitating employment, accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities.
Choose A Life Worth Living and join us in changing the disability narrative, one story at a time!
